Futuristic Car Asset
My goal was for the model to be detailed enough and have all the pieces needed for it to potentially work as a game asset. To achieve this, I modeled both the exterior and interior so it can be used in a first or third person game. Once I was finished with the modeling phase of this project, I had to work on unwrapping the UVs so that textures could be properly applied later on. Rather than relying on the automatic UV unwrap tool in Blender, I added seams to my model to define specific sections and rearranged the pieces in the UV editor so that they would be spaced apart from one another and near neighboring pieces.
